It’s not an unlimited on and off. It only makes a circle in downtown Boston (30- min/9 stop). My mother is on a walker we planned to have her stay in bus and then decided which stop she wanted to gets off. But no, she can’t, once you back to the 1st stop then your trip is completed! It’s a ripoff! A 30 min not comfortable bus ride for 44 dollars!

Dear Customer, I’m not quite sure which tour you hopped on but it couldn’t have been our 60+ min Historic Boston/Freedom Trail one, perhaps you mistakenly got on one of our shuttles and not the tour trolley. We give a ver comprehensive tour w a live narrative. We hand each customer a ver detailed brochure/map and assist them on how best to use the stops and maximize our customer's’ experience. All of our stops are at the most popular areas and points of interest visitors come to Boston to see. This trolley made it so easy to get around. Ernie was easy and laid back while be informative with Boston's history.
