The trolley drivers and crew of the harbor cruise were so knowledgeable and shared so much history of Boston with us. The cruise was our favorite part of this tour.

Was disappointed. We were told we could pick up at trinity church after booking on line. We waited over 30 minutes. Called and were told be there in 10 minutes after 30 minutes called back and was told no pick up there today. Got into of next pick up side Very confusing. Called an Uber gave exact location. Arrived at about several blocks away but wouldn’t come to us n cancelled. Really !!! So we went to stop #1. Booked in like but no baby code ever received so that took a minute. The person that helped us was very accommodating. Ok so at one time f the stops we missed 2 trolleys leaving at the same time. Had to wait over 30 minutes for next trolley. That was stop 8 Moving on there was not enough room for the next stops for people to board. Seems like a logistical problem. The drivers/narrators were very good. The bottom one was that n our much anticipated trip to Boston Half a day was wasted

Dear Customer, I’m sorry to hear about your poor experience…from what I’m gathering in your description, this tour is highly unlikely our CityView Trolley as we do not have a stop anywhere close to the Trinity Church nor would any of our team direct you there…I’m certain you may have confused us for a different tour company, nevertheless I would like to offer you to ride with our company for a quality experience next time you’re in Boston at no charge.
