Loved the love narration of Boston facts. The trolley was comfortable for our September tour. Add the Boston Harbor tour. It was wonderful!

Terrible. I was excited to take this bus during my first trip to Boston. The reason I chose this specific bus was because it gave the convenient option to hop on and off. I went to Government Center to catch the bus because the details stated that we can join at any stop. The bus driver passed me twice when I tried to show my confirmation to get on the bus. I waited there for 45 minutes and each time he drove by he gave me a strange look and didn’t even stop. Not once did I see him stop to let anybody on or off the bus. Each time he passed I was chasing him down the street like an idiot, it was embarrassing. And I don’t think it’s fair for me to have to go to another location with the small chance that he will stop there and let me on the bus. I’m flabbergasted. I’m going to put in a request for a refund. Never again

Dear customer, this is a very unique complaint, as it's impossible for any of our trolleys to skip or not stop at the City's designated trolley stops. I'm certain you may have been waiting at a non designated stop and if any of our drivers were to make an unauthorized pick up, they would be fined. The City has posted signs at all designated trolley stops that are clearly marked. I'm sorry to you were not able to locate a stop, I would like to offer you to ride with us again complimentary, please email us at [email protected] upon your next visit to arrange your tour.
