Total lack of service by the entire staff onboard. Complete waste of money and time. This was a huge disappointment.

WE should be allowed to reschedule when the weather does not allow you to be able to board the boat. The weather was Rain, thunder & lighting. not good for people who get seasick. I called 18883456660 to reschedule but they said there were no more spaces for the remainder of the season. i had to cancel. I would like a refund. Thank you. Our dinner cruise was on July 3, 2021. booking ref. BR-809727456.
