There was an exploration of thought into the angles of each photo opportunity which added to the experience tenfold. Being taught photo editing skills via phone app was crucially positive as well.

It was a pleasure to have you on a PhotoWalks tour, John. I really enjoyed your enthusiasm and interest in photography and the historical commentary of the iconic landmarks we saw along our walk. I hope the tour experience resulted in memorable pictures of your visit to Boston. All the best, Saba

Perhaps we were expecting a different kind of tour, but we were both surprised when we got to Faneuil Hall and were told that it was the end of our tour! A Freedom Trail tour without the opportunity to see Paul Revere's Home or the North Church??? Prior to our tour, we didn't know that Saba runs several other tours. After it, we researched them to see what is included in each. Perhaps including a list of the sites to be visited in each of her tour descriptions might be helpful to future travelers to ensure that they know exactly where they are going and what they will be seeing.

Hello, Thank you for suggesting a listing of the Freedom Trail sites. However, there already is a listing of the sites in the tour description in the What To Expect section on Viator/TripAdvisor's website. We visited 11 out of 16 historical sites on a leisurely paced 90 minute tour. Due to time allotment, it's not possible to include Paul Revere's House and Old North Church in the North End neighborhood. That would require the tour to be at least 2 hours. (These sites are included on the PhotoWalks North End tour.) There are some tour companies that cover all 16 sites in 3-4 hours. Perhaps that type of experience might have been better suited for your interests. The starting and ending points are also listed in the tour description. So, I'm not sure where the miscommunication was in your expectations. Other tour companies that start in the Boston Common area like we did end their 90-minute Freedom Trail walking tour near Faneuil Hall as well. In addition to insightful commentary, what makes a PhotoWalks tour unique is that I also provide photo tips so that guests can document the Freedom Trail's historical landmarks in photos with their smartphone or camera. Their pictures become their memorable souvenirs. It's one of the reasons PhotoWalks receives numerous 5-star reviews on tours offered throughout Boston. I hope you enjoyed the 11 Freedom Trail sites we visited and were able to see the 5 remaining landmarks.

I was asked to reschedule more than once. I was given a refund. Still not impressed. I don’t recommend this tour

I’m disappointed to see your comments on a tour you didn’t take, Maike. I had to reschedule your original tour due to an unexpected medical appointment. I was willing to provide a private tour for you during your visit, but our schedules didn’t coordinate. A refund was processed instead. We spoke on the phone and you were very understanding. I also offered to provide a complimentary tour for you if you visit Boston in the future. I’m sorry things didn’t work out, but I tried my best.
