Perhaps we were expecting a different kind of tour, but we were both surprised when we got to Faneuil Hall and were told that it was the end of our tour! A Freedom Trail tour without the opportunity to see Paul Revere's Home or the North Church???
Prior to our tour, we didn't know that Saba runs several other tours. After it, we researched them to see what is included in each.
Perhaps including a list of the sites to be visited in each of her tour descriptions might be helpful to future travelers to ensure that they know exactly where they are going and what they will be seeing.

Hello,
Thank you for suggesting a listing of the Freedom Trail sites. However, there already is a listing of the sites in the tour description in the What To Expect section on Viator/TripAdvisor's website.
We visited 11 out of 16 historical sites on a leisurely paced 90 minute tour. Due to time allotment, it's not possible to include Paul Revere's House and Old North Church in the North End neighborhood. That would require the tour to be at least 2 hours. (These sites are included on the PhotoWalks North End tour.) There are some tour companies that cover all 16 sites in 3-4 hours. Perhaps that type of experience might have been better suited for your interests.
The starting and ending points are also listed in the tour description. So, I'm not sure where the miscommunication was in your expectations. Other tour companies that start in the Boston Common area like we did end their 90-minute Freedom Trail walking tour near Faneuil Hall as well.
In addition to insightful commentary, what makes a PhotoWalks tour unique is that I also provide photo tips so that guests can document the Freedom Trail's historical landmarks in photos with their smartphone or camera. Their pictures become their memorable souvenirs. It's one of the reasons PhotoWalks receives numerous 5-star reviews on tours offered throughout Boston.
I hope you enjoyed the 11 Freedom Trail sites we visited and were able to see the 5 remaining landmarks.
