Our dinner cruise was a fun family outing. We were visiting from out-of-town, and for some reason, I was expecting some commentary as we cruised out of harbor along the city skyline and what appeared to be interesting landmarks to look at, but there was no commentary - just views and dinner. The ship was clean, and the staff friendly. The variety on the buffet wasn't huge, but it had plenty options for any type of eater. The dessert buffet had a nice variety as well. Food was served hot, and was properly cooked, and everything we tried was tasty.
We were among maybe 20% on the ship who was there for sightseeing, while 75-80% seemed to be there more for nightlife, music, and dancing. The lower-deck of the ship was setup for a dance party, and that group seemed to enjoy themselves nicely. We sat on the mid/upper deck for dinner, and went to the top (roof) deck after we finished eating to take in the sights. There were maybe 30-40 people on the top deck enjoying the beautiful weather while escaping the dance party below. The bottom line is that the ship is large enough that you can go for dance and music, or you can go for outdoor sightseeing, and enjoy either one equally, or do a little of both.
