The ship was nice, clean, and comfortable but this was overshadowed by the complete lack of service from the dozens of workers that were standing around watching a few people actually work. We tried to get a drink when we got on the boat, the line was about 15 deep with the average drink order taking 10 minutes. Went back to our table and ordered from the server about 30 minutes before dinner, our drinks came after we finished desert. We asked 4 times during this 90 minute period and were told just a few more minutes every time. At one point there were so many employees congregated at the top of the stairs to the third deck talking that people couldn't use the stairs. Who is managing this crew? For the prices they charge don't waste your money, go to a 4 star restaurant overlooking the harbor, you'll be much happier.
