My booking for a whale watch through Boston harbor curises was canceled due to weather. I was told I can reschedule for a later date. Upon trying to reschedule I was told by tripadvisor that I can not rebook because the booking date has already passed. Of course it has passed. I would not be trying to rebook if it had occurred on the date. Upon trying to call trip advisor I am redirected to a third party company contracted by trip advisor called Viator ( whom note also have very terrible customer reviews) , who would not reschedule or refund my money. Needles to say I am out $150. I will NEVER us trip advisor again and I will Use every social media outlet available to me to ensure that no one else uses trip advisor. I will also verbally, let everyone who will listen ,know about the poor customer experience with trip advisor, and I have a BIG mouth.

We had an incredible time, we saw upwards up 6 different whales during our voyage. It was a remarkable experience, the boat was clean, everyone was required to wear masks for the entire journey and the crew was extremely knowledgeable and fun.

Amazing experience!! Covid restrictions in place but yet a great and safe time. I think it’s better with less people on board personally! The whales did come out to play, I was on a evening cruise around 4pm.
