We got tickets on trip advisor, and that was okay, but our 230 time was canceled due to rough waters. That was understandable. We were offered a refund or to reschedule. We rescheduled, but that was a double whammy because we asked for a number to trip advisor and rescheduled that way. We should have refunded those and rescheduled them with the company we were dealing with. I say this because we waited in the long line for our now 10am trip ( which lines up at 930am) to find out we weren't showing up as having tickets. Out of line, back to the booking booth and time to confirm we did have tickets, but now most people loaded on.. The 2nd issue was the 5 ft swells. Many people were getting sick as I'm told that it was like 10 ft waves... for an hour. They made the decision to turn around. They did refund everyone, so I commend them for that. Although I wish they didn't even attempt it or at least turn around sooner because it messed up the rest of our last day as we remained slightly nauseated and the time it took messes up any tours we could have done otherwise.

Today’s whale watching experience was truly unforgettable! We were fortunate to see numerous whales, which made every moment on the water exciting and awe-inspiring. The guides were incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights about the whales and their behavior. Their passion for marine life was evident, which added to the overall experience. What stood out the most was their dedication to ensuring each guest had a memorable trip. On the return journey, they took the time to speak with every guest individually, answering questions and offering even more insights. It was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly engaging and educational adventure on the water!

The tour was on time. Great directions to meeting point. Catamaran was very comfortable, room inside for everyone. Refreshments were for sale. Lucky for us we saw 3 whales and the guide was very knowledgeable about them. The professional guide pointed out many lighthouses and landmarks. At times it was hard to hear the guide.
