Our driver (Berenice) did a fabulous job! She was there early to meet us, shared an excellent video of the bourbon experience and history, and explained the tour. Since two of the distilleries were wanted to see we’re not open for yours because of COVID, we were able to select the three distillers to see. We loved our tour and the entire tour and tasting was exceptional! We visited Bardstown Distillery, Maker’s Mark Distillery and Lux Tow Distillery. I highly recommend this tour and we simply loved it!

To start The tour Instructions said you must purchase tour before you choose your preferred Distilleries. After purchasing the tour I contacted TripAdvisor and was alerted that I could only speak with the tour operator. I called several times cannot get in touch with Them. Finally I called TripAdvisor back and was Then only able to communicate with the tour operator through text messaging only which is very frustrating. This tour operator was very disorganized and was not clear on what the options were for our tour. She refused all phone calls and was very unhelpful in every manner imaginable. My tour operators name was Berenice On the day of the tour of the tour operator did not know our location and sent their driver to the wrong hotel to pick us up. After several lengthy text messages between the tour operator and myself clearly defining which hotel we were to be picked up from this was very much a disappointment. Though it was a seven passenger vehicle As five grown adults we had a very difficult time sitting in a car for Multiple hours Utilizing a third row intended for small adults and children. At our first stop we were given the tasting option only, as Tour operator Said through text messaging that they did not allow tours. In fact they did have tours available for reservation and they were not booked by the tour operator but instead mislead me to believeThat none were being run due to COVID. We also spent the majority of our time standing around and waiting Because our reservations were not lined up according to our drive time in some instances as much as an hour. The tour operator has been such a disappointment and would not allow communication in any other form than a text. Our driver was very courteous and did the best she could realizing it was not her fault. It was very difficult to reach our our operator in the weeks following up to the tour and I would like to request a refund as this tour was the biggest joke I’ve ever booked through Tripadvisor. The description of the tour is nothing like the tour itself understanding that it is subjected to the Distilleries availability. This demandS a refund

Elaine S., our experience with more than 25 years in administration and control, we identified that your constant changes of itinerary and date was a risk. Therefore, on July 16 we send you the following message: "We are not responsible for the changes you make to the initial itinerary." Note: The company offered you a money refund, if you did not agree with the tour, but you did not accept and made the tour visiting 3 distilleries that you chose. Additionally, during the tour you changed your itinerary again. 1.- You made the reservation on July 15 in the afternoon and we contacted you on July 16 at 10:44 am. That same day in the afternoon you had your itinerary and confirmed vehicle ***Less than 24 hours and 12 days in advance 2.- July 16, we gave you a list of distilleries to select your favorites (Including the description of the tour and time) 3.- July 16, you requested to change the date and itinerary of the tour three times the same day. 4.- July 16, You were informed that the "TR" Distillery had no availability of tours or testing until August for the public. We as a company sold all the tours and only had "Testing" available so you agreed to participate. 5.- July 16 you received and accepted your itinerary and the photo of the vehicle, concluding our conversations. 6.- As of July 16, we have not registered any call, email or voice message from you. 7.- The means of communication that we have used was the TripAdvisor software - Email (Recommended by TripAdvisor) Additional Information: - 8:45 am you will be informed that the guide was near your Hotel to avoid blocking the main door, waiting for the opportune time to start the tour (9:00 am) - During the tour, you changed the itinerary again, requesting to have lunch an hour before and in a restaurant that we have not established in the itinerary. (The planned lunch time is 60 minutes, you did it in 35 min, affecting the tour times).
