Our exclusive guided tour is designed to provide our guests with a great wine experience. Learn about Texas Wines and why they are exceptional and different. Hear about the varietals of wine produced while getting acquainted with the wines of vintners who are passionate about their wines. Visit beautiful, privately owned wineries for a tasting reserved just for our guests. Excellent for the wine novice as well as the experienced. Your tour includes a visit to three boutique wineries and/or tasting facilities around the scenic Texas Hill Country, a delicious chef-prepared boxed lunch or a pre-arranged stop at a local eatery. This tour is a unique way to experience the wine country of Texas and you will want to do it again! Every tour is customized and every tour is different - we don't visit the same wineries each trip because we plan our tours for the greatest experiences available for our guests.

**Please note - a Valid Phone Number is required. We contact guests for Lunch menu selections/dietary restriction. Customers who do not provide a valid contact phone number will not be given lunch menu options and risk missing important notifications concerning their tour.

We encourage anyone who may be at risk to wear a mask. We do have masks available to our guests. No refund given for cancelling within 24 hrs

Fredericksburg Visitor Information Center

Meet at this location if you do not require pickup. We ask guests to arrive by 10:15, and if we are not already there, will be along shortly as we are picking up guests at hotels also.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

The wine and food pairings we're absolutely amazing. Tour schedule was extremely flexible so we were to really enjoy each and every stop.

Unfortunately we were unable to take the tour due to a misbooking. I notified the company to see what my options were and if I could rebook. Or use some of the funds toward another booking. Rebecca said she would call me back to discuss via text. She did not call me or respond to my second text message to follow-up. I went through trip advisor to see if I could recoup some of my money and was denied. I will never recommend this company and advise anyone who books to be aware. I'm out $900 dollars and we all know they could have atleast offered a partial refund. Poor buisness practice and customer service.

While we understand your dismay, our company was never informed that you erred on your booking date until you did not show up for your tour. You were denied a full refund because our company had already paid for your tastings, your meal, and your seats at all of the venues. We post a 24 hour no refund policy online with our listing and on the guest confirmation emails. We strongly suggest that guests purchase Trip Cancellation insurance as we cannot refund within 24 hours advance of tour. You booked through Tripadvisor and not direct through our company so our responses to your request for refund also went through Tripadvisor's customer service system. Although we certainly understand that no one ever wants to lose their purchase price, our company had no idea until the date of the tour when this guest failed to show up for their booking. For anyone who is booking any tour - please know that we never wish for anyone to lose their deposit or their funds. It is important to verify the date and time and to notify your tour company if you have erred. We would gladly have rebooked this guest had we known prior to the tour time. Our company exists to provide our visitors with tours of our wonderful area and we have no desire to disappoint anyone, but it remains the responsibility of the guest to notify us in a timely manner if they booked a date they cannot attend.
