Our Trolley driver had a significant foreign accent and only understood about 40% of what he said. Of what I understood, he was funny and informative. The sights that we saw were great.

Our tour guide had a pretty strong foreign accent and it was hard for us to understand. The tour was a bit underwhelming. I did let the operator know it was difficult to hear, he made an adjustment to the sound system which was somewhat of an improvement.
