Grand Country Grand Jubilee

Audiences fall in love with the tight harmonies and dynamic performance of Branson's best Quartet, New South! This incredible group of entertainers with spectacular music, great harmonies, family comedy and Ozarks hospitality. Mark, Luke, David & Jon sing all your favorite songs. You'll hear Top 40, Country & Gospel classics and Rock & Roll hits from the 70's, 80's and 90's. Grand Jubilee performs nightly at Grand Country Music Hall except for Sundays. Be sure to come early and dine at Grand Country Buffet or shop at the various retail stores located in the complex. Come see why this is a show that the entire family will never forget.

Spend last Saturday at Grand Country Jubilee and it was one of the best shows I have seen this summer. The quartet is great and there is a wide variety of music. Their band is outstanding! I will definitely see this show again!

We absolutely love the Grand Jubilee and the New South! We love both and always make it a priority show. We were however, disappointed a bit in the last show we saw. We LOVE Mark McCauley and his deep voice but we could hardly hear him over the music. The music just drowned him out. So disappointing. We love Jim Dandy and were truly surprised at how talented he is, in spite of his buffoonery! Mike Patrick is a little overmuch with his dazzling jackets but it's the same all the time and it gets old pretty quick now! Wayne Massengale is fun to watch as he does his "wildman" thing on the stage but his great talent still shines through. All in all, the band is great and we really love this show!

We had tickets for the whole family, but at the last minute my husband decided to stay in with the boys who were exhausted. I ended up going with my girls (ages 13 and 8). The beginning was a little slow, and my daughters were a little bored because they didn't know many of those songs. I told them we could leave at intermission if they wanted. I had heard the show was kid friendly but the majority of the people at the show were 60+. I had read a few reviews that does say the show got better as it went along, and that is true. It did get funnier and they started to play songs that the girls both knew and they wanted to stay for the whole thing. They enjoyed the 2nd half the most with several short songs. I am glad the boys stayed home because I know they wouldn't have enjoyed it (ages 4 and 13). They did have some adult humor (but I don't think either of my girls caught on so not a big deal), but no bad words and nothing too bad. We would go again next time we are in Branson.
