Booked, but early morning,we realized that we would not be able to make it. Granddaughters team playing in World Serues, and made it to runner-up. Told representative who instead of offering to try and fill the spot,holding us responsible if they couldn't, her offer was OH well. We have used Viator since 2010, and this is the 1st booking we have come to regret. $200 lost

So, we should have lost $200 income because you wanted to cancel on the morning of the tour, and left us with a few hours to hopefully refill your seats? We take no pleasure in keeping people's money that do not actually go on our tours. We have a very generous 24 hour cancelation and refund policy.
