We will start at the south end of town and make approximately 7 stops on the way, finishing at the north end of town at the old Brown Hotel. We use ghost/spirit hunting equipment in our search for the energy that remains. Please dress warmly for this outdoor tour.

We took our friends on this tour and all four of us had a blast. One of our friends has been visiting Breckenridge regularly for the past 20 years and still learned a ton of good Breckenridge history she didnā€™t know about. Gail is extremely knowledgeable and very enthusiastic. Honestly the time flies by! Gail shared lots of other interesting ghost related tidbits while we were waiting for others to arrive. I loved the divining rods and the photos that Gail shares that people have gotten. If you like ghost tours or want to learn some interesting and slightly darker Breckenridge history this is the tour for you. Donā€™t hesitate to book your tickets- it seems wildly popular and is well worth your time and money. Thanks again to Gail, sheā€™s fabulous !

You are very kind! I really appreciate your comments. I hope you will return to try one of our other tours - Strange but True or Voices from the Grave.

Most boring tour ever. Left about 45 minutes into it. Donā€™t waste your money on this tour!!! The woman giving the tour was nice but subject matter / story was not entertaining

I am very sorry to hear that you didnt enjoy your experience. Since starting this tour 12 years ago we have had over 10,000 satisfied visitors. It is a shame that you thought Breckenridge's fascinating history of the mining days was not interesting or suitable because we talk about the 'ladies of the night' - it is impossible to separate these stories. If you return to Breckenridge, try to join the English Tea Tour instead where we will talk about the more respectable side of this Victorian town.

I thought she did a great job with the tour. The only suggestion is for young children. Maybe have a different one for families with young children that doesnā€™t talk about ladies of the night and such.

Breckenridge's history is all tied up in the story of the mining industry so it is very difficult to leave out certain parts of it. However I always truthfully share all of that when asked if the tour is suitable for children . Alternatively families can choose to take the tour in the daytime and make requests for exclusions :)
