We booked this 3 hour tour for our family. Our tour guide was Ray and he was very courteous and happy to answer any questions. We were offered free helmets which we took. The tour over the Brooklyn Bridge was great and highlight of our trip.

We always wanted to ride on Brooklyn bridge so this tour was perfect for us. We started around Columbus Circle area and made our way to the bridge which was everything we expected. Was around 3hrs so a lot of biking.

Ok so we have been on several great bike tours in Berlin, Barcelona, Boston, Thailand, Malasia, London....Wherever we go we try to book a bike tour. This one was the most disappointing one so far in terms of personnel, safety and educational/ interesting information. When we got there we encountered grouchy bad humored personnel who couldn’t be bothered with us. Our guide came running in late and just introduced himself and told us to follow him. No instructions, no helmets, did not manage our expectations and NO WATER! First tour that we go to that they don’t even offer water! And you pay quite an amount for.......not much! Our guide seemed to be in a hurry and raced on his bike barely looking back to see if we were following. NOT SUITABLE for people who are not in great shape or kids under 15!!! He told us a few things but when we asked questions he didn’t seem to know much. So we raced through New York....good workout though...but this tour did not quite match our expectations......no one there seems to LIKE what they do!
