Loved the interactive and informative tour! Great way to see the lights and not get lost in the crowds! Our tour guide was funny- but also great at answering all our questions.

Not worth it at all. We were friendly met by two guides nearby the subway station. Although they divided the group in half, we still were very many - definitely more than the advertised max of 24. Our guide wore a backpack with speaker and constabtly tried to animate the group, whilst christmas music blared from.the speaker). Pretty annoying and we felt like cruise tourists or a group of kindergarten kids on excursion. Though people didn't react (obviously- we were here for Christmas lights, not a show) he constantly tried to push farther. Maybe this was adequate for the Americans in the tour but it felt pretty awkward to most of the internationals). When arriving in Dyker hights (which can easily be found on google maps) we soon realized that there was no benefit from the tour so we dropped out after the first stop. The neighborhood can easily be explored on your own hand and in your own pace. Just walk the streets block by block up and down as long as you want and save the money for a drink in a bar. šŸ˜
