As soon as our group of 6 set foot on the sidewalk outside of the Port Authority Bus Terminal, we were ambushed by a TopView sales guy. He used his foreign charm and said we would get a deal. At 60 bucks a person, not much of a deal. He said every 10 to 15 minutes there would be a bus. Nope. Try 30 to 40 minutes waiting. It is a Saturday in December with the Christmas crowd, heavy traffic, and not enough buses. Later in the afternoon, people trying to get on were told the bus is full, wait for the next bus. We were afraid to get off thinking we would never be able to get back on again. So, we just stayed seated until we returned back near Times Square. And if you are freezing and come down from the top level, be prepared for the bus driver to yell at you and threaten he will stop and not move until you go back up there and sit down.

When we came to departure place we were told it is wrong address and wrong time. Being forced to buy new tickets second time. Not sure if going to have refund for business we didn't have. Not going to order trips on line. Don't know who set up fraud. If it's possible help us to find person who sold tickets on tour which is not existing

Very disappointed. I bought and booked Brooklyn on 23 Oct, TopView shared that they posted on their Website and app regarding change in location. There were more than 10 participants like us who missed this trip. No offer of refund nor reschedule to another proposed dates were given. As a tourist, we were expected to monitor your website or app for changes ? We did not see any notification in TopView app, in the app, there were only “Buy Tickets”, “Download Purchased Ticket to your device” , “Attractions & Things to Do”, “Map & Routed” , “Contact Us” There are other choices/options, will never go with TopView again.
