Brooklyn Heights

This tour begins in the heart of Brooklyn Heights (literally “the heights of Brooklyn”), a pleasant residential area that stands out for the tranquility and beauty of its streets. You can admire superb terraced houses in red sandstone (brownstones) and authentic mansions dating from before the American Civil War! Architectural qualities that made it the first neighborhood protected by the New York City Monuments Conservation Commission.

Brooklyn Bridge Park

The Brooklyn Heights Promenade offers magnificent views of the East River and the Manhattan skyline. An experience that will extend naturally when you enter Brooklyn Bridge Park, which can be said without exaggeration as one of the most photogenic green spaces in the city.

Dumbo

You will then walk on the cobbled streets of DUMBO, and you will understand how this old industrial area, bought by a billionaire promoter, has become a high place of artistic and cultural creation (there are several art galleries) before attracting world renowned technology start-ups. Luxury real estate, trendy boutiques and restaurants complete the picture of this neighborhood that never stops transforming.

Brooklyn Bridge

Last but not least, as our American friends say, you will cross the mythical Brooklyn Bridge! The history of this monumental bridge, which has played an essential role in the development of the city, will be revealed to you as you move towards Manhattan, while enjoying a breathtaking panoramic view!

Katie was a wonderful guide, and despite the weather, she conducted the tour in an informative and well paced way. Highly recommended for a first-time visitor.

I'm sure it might be a great tour. Althoug, I waited and stooded at the meeting point and nobody showed up. I applied for a refund because a ended up doing the tour by myself and got no return about it so far. I went there on february 13th.

Family visit with two teenagers. 5th experience with New York in French and we recommend more than highly! One of the most beautiful tours we’ve ever made: the neighborhood, its architecture, its history, the crazy views of Manhattan and the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges from Dumbo are all part of it! Our guide Audrey too: enthusiastic, warm, full of spontaneous benevolent humor she shares with us her perfect knowledge of the city, anecdotes and lifestyle habits, good plans as well as her personal history! She does not count her time and is very attentive to our expectations. We would probably have missed out on a lot of things in this beautiful neighborhood so iconic, without this very complete visit and done at the right pace in a very reasonable size group! Many thanks Audrey for this moment that will remain as one of the best memories of our trip! Thank you for your good humor and smile! 😉🙏
