When we heard the tour was 4 hours long we were worried it might be too much but the time flew by. Frank was a wonderful guide with so much knowledge and a great communicator. He was also so accomdating when we asked for a coffee break 30mins into the tour. The bikes were so good I didn't feel tired despite cycling over 20 miles. Frank knew the roads to take us on which minimised both hills and traffic.
