Thanks to Scott for a fantastic tour of DUMBO, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx and all the extra little bits in between. We had such a great day, learned so much and will be talking about those delicious Jewish Pastrami Rueben's forever! We will be sure to recommend your tours back home in Australia.

Thanks for the review! We are clearly all on the same page (of the menu). It was great showing you both "The Real New York." And, thanks in advance for the referrals! All the best until next time!

A very expensive tour, and a guide saying almost nothing. The only thing we actually did during this tour was driving around for hours through the Bronx, Queens and Brooklyn. This was the worst tour we did during our holiday!

Frank, sorry you were disappointed with your tour. Please be reminded you spent approximately 40 minutes on a stroll through Little Italy in the Bronx. There you visited various Italian markets and shops, including your wife spending time in an Italian cookware store where she made the purchase of several items. You also went into an Italian pastry shop in the Bronx where you sat down to have coffee with your family. At Yankee Stadium in the Bronx, you got out of the vehicle and visited the New York Yankee and Football Club Team Store. When in Flushing Meadows Queens, you spend approximately 30 minutes in the Queens Museum walking around the to-scale miniature model of the city called the Panorama. You wanted Mexican food for lunch. So, you were taken to a Mexican neighborhood in Corona Queens. There you got out and had "real" Mexican food in a Mexican "locals" restaurant which you said you enjoyed. In Greenpoint Brooklyn, you got out of the vehicle and walked through Transmitter Park to the East River's edge for views of the Manhattan skyline across the river. You also got out of the vehicle for a stroll in DUMBO Brooklyn, one of the most exciting new neighborhoods in New York City. These facts clearly contradict your claim that "The only thing we actually did during this tour was driving around for hours." You also charge you had "a guide saying almost nothing." We never heard that charge before, against this guide or any other. The guide conducting your tour is the same always conducting this tour (and others) and his reviews are steller. Once again, we are sorry the tour did not meet your expectations.

We actually did 2 tours on successive days and each was superb. The first day after an on-time pickup by Scott at the Cape Liberty Cruise Port was New York City in his van and I couldn't believe all that he managed to show us in the 6 hours and the knowledge he imparted. The second day was the Brooklyn Queens Bronx Tour in his van and again it was much more than we expected. I would never have thought how interesting it would be to visit Louis Armstrong's house and learn about him from Scott. Scott then delivered us to Newark Airport for our departure flight. The only disappointment was that Scott helped me buy a ticket in the billion dollar Mega Millions lottery and I didn't win - I didn't even get any numbers! If I had won the first thing on the agenda would have been to do the rest of Scott's tours.
