Browns Canyon on the Arkansas River is our most popular trip! The unique combination of lots of exciting whitewater, spectacular canyon scenery, great mountain views of some of Colorado’s highest mountains and opportunities to spot wildlife make this the ideal raft trip. Exciting enough for seasoned paddlers, but not too scary for first-timers. You will want to bring your friends and family for epic rapids such as Pinball, Zoom Flume, and Big Drop!

Our family of four (kids age 13 and 11) had an awesome time white water rafting. We had done this trip from 2016-2019, each time with The Adventure Company. We couldn’t travel during COVID, but this summer, we were able to go again. Just like in years past, TAC gave us a wonderful experience. We ran into some 4th of July traffic and we called to let them know we would be about 10 minutes late. They were gracious enough to accommodate us. We had a wonderful guide (Wilson). He made it a fun trip, while making us all feel very safe. My wife does not know how to swim, but she has done this trip before. However, it had been a while so she was a little nervous. Wilson was wonderful and told her what she needed to do to make sure she stayed safe. All in all, we had a wonderful trip and we will definitely be back with TAC.

Mike T. was a great guide. He was fun and knowledgeable. The half day trip was a perfect amount of time and the scenery on the Arkansas River was spectacular. Mike was always informing us when we were approaching a high current. Highly recommend this activity! Worth your money!

Our guide Paul was awesome and helped make the trip a great experience. I’ve only been ww rafting once and my fiancé never so we chose the intermediate level and took the half day since we had other plans later. We will definitely level up and take the full day trip next time! Highly recommend The Adventure Company and get Paul as a guide if you can!
