Browns Canyon on the Arkansas River is our most popular trip! The unique combination of lots of exciting whitewater, spectacular canyon scenery, great mountain views of some of Colorado’s highest mountains and opportunities to spot wildlife make this the ideal raft trip. Exciting enough for seasoned paddlers, but not too scary for first-timers. You will want to bring your friends and family for epic rapids such as Pinball, Zoom Flume, and Big Drop!

We loved our half day Browns Canyon rafting trip. Our guide Corey was awesome, entertaining, and gave us the history of the area while threading us through exciting rapids. The tour was tons of fun for me who has done some rafting in the past but also for my wife who did her first trip here. Highly recommend this outfit, and suggest you ask for Corey when you book. Note we wore raincoats (8/2, afternoon, temps in the 70s) and stayed warm enough. The water was cold and while there is some paddling, don’t expect enough to keep you warm.

We did the Brown's Canyon 1/2 day trip and it was a perfect mix of calm water and rapids. Our guide Mike A made the trip fun and gave us a great overview of the history and geology in the area. I liked how The Adventure Company was a smaller company than the previous raft trips I'd been on. They were helpful, responsive and took the times to learn our names. Their COVID adjustments helped me feel comfortable while still getting out and about. I can't wait to come back again and try an all day trip - I heard the on river lunches are outstanding! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Our group had “Hammer”... Real name Mark . We had a fantastic day on the river . Hammer was an exceptional guide coach and teacher. He was a wealth of knowledge about the area the history the read of the water and so much more. Our ride was exciting and hammer coached us through every single rapid with ease. We definitely recommend this trip and guide! The views were amazing the water freezing but so fun! We will definitely do this again but instead maybe the full day! Awesome rafting !!! A must definitely a must!
