Browns Canyon on the Arkansas River is our most popular trip! The unique combination of lots of exciting whitewater, spectacular canyon scenery, great mountain views of some of Colorado’s highest mountains and opportunities to spot wildlife make this the ideal raft trip. Exciting enough for seasoned paddlers, but not too scary for first-timers. You will want to bring your friends and family for epic rapids such as Pinball, Zoom Flume, and Big Drop!

We were scheduled to do a full day trip, but due to our son having a stomach bug we had to cancel our trip the morning of the trip. The staff worked with us and was able to get us out the next morning to make the trip still happen while in town. Corey “weird beard” our guide was great on the river, talking about the history of Browns, pointing out the names rocks and features along the way, while also ensuring we were safe and able to handle any situation thrown at us. Our 8 year smiled, hooted and hollered for an hour straight once we hit the bigger waters which made the trip for us. Well as did the adrenaline once you hit some of the bigger hits on the river. All Covid procedures were great from provided buffs to be worn during checkin, transport and while receiving instructions. These really went a long way in making us feel safe considering all that is going on with the pandemic.

07/30/20 This was so much fun for the whole family. I was nervous my 9 yr old daughter would be scared but she loved it!! Our raft guide, Chuck, was so a lot of fun and told us some great history as we rafted. I would highly recommend this place! We stayed at Breckenridge and it was about 1 hr drive and well worth it.

Awesome Trip with Chuck. My kids went with Mark. Both were awesome!! Instructions were clear. Felt very safe and had a great time!
