Browns Canyon on the Arkansas River is our most popular trip! The unique combination of lots of exciting whitewater, spectacular canyon scenery, great mountain views of some of Colorado’s highest mountains and opportunities to spot wildlife make this the ideal raft trip. Exciting enough for seasoned paddlers, but not too scary for first-timers. You will want to bring your friends and family for epic rapids such as Pinball, Zoom Flume, and Big Drop!

We did this as part of a bachelorette weekend and a lot of us were very nervous. Randy was a great guide and the rafting was not as dangerous as we thought. We had so much fun and even had an inflatable whale join us. We also got to see some big horn sheep along the way. I think many a lot of us will be coming back to do it again! :)

It was my first time whitewater rafting and after this experience, it won't be my last. Our guide Randy educated us throughout the trip and made it really fun! Excited to come back in the near future and do it all over again!!

We had a fantastic trip today on Browns Canyon with our 2 young boys (ages 6 & 9) and our amazing guide Randy! Randy made the trip super engaging, educational and most of all, very safe! He has been a river guide for over 17 years and his expertise made for a really exciting trip and we all learned so much about the history of the river, Browns Canyon and Colorado. Randy made a point to keep our little ones involved even though they weren’t paddling and they had the time of their life. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Randy....if you get the chance to raft with TAC, definitely request him. You can’t miss him....he’s the one in the cowboy hard hat helmet. My Texas boys loved that! The Adventure Company was wonderful from the moment I called to book...so friendly, informative and helpful in guiding me to the right trip for our family. All of the staff and guides were super friendly and knowledgeable. TAC takes safety very seriously and it’s is very evident in all they do. If you are looking for a great rafting company in Colorado, I absolutely recommend The Adventure Company and their senior guide, Randy! Thanks for such a memorable trip for our family. We can’t wait to do it again next summer!
