Confusion reigned. Stops were in different places than on map, not enough buses, 30 minute waits were common in the hot sun, the people-wranglers kept shouting directions with no explanation. The positive was the guide who narrates the journey, and the bay cruise.

A good way to get a feel for San Francisco but the Bay Cruises did not run every half hour as stated. We were able to get a refund for the cruise portion since we were unable to take that due to time constraints and the fact that the cruise went hourly and not every half hour.

Great tour - weather wasn't great, just aswell that the bus wasn't full as we could sit downstairs.
