Huge kudos to Busch Gardens customer service!!! We bought 2020 fun passes. Due to Covid we did not use the passes and Busch Gardens gave us until December 31, 2021. Due to the Delta Covid spike we did not use them in 2021. In October 2021 I emailed Busch Gardens inquiring if they would consider allowing us to use them in 2022. Within a few hours I received a reply that my passes would be honored to use in 2022! HUGE SHOUTOUT TO THEIR EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNDERSTANDING!!! I am beyond grateful.

As Florida residents we purchased a Fun Pass. It was anything but. First visit was not too bad but it didn’t include parking which is a whopping $25 and it doesn’t give you any discounts inside. Some attractions were closed and most of the animals were hiding from the heat. Second visit was Howl O Scream. What a disaster. Tickets for that are extra. We didn’t buy tickets in advance online because there was a $10 fee. We thought we would just get them at the door. Well you can but for way for more. We wanted to leave and come back the next night (a Sunday) when they were cheaper but we had already paid $25 for parking again. It was so crowded that there was a 2 hour wait for every attraction and ride. We were standing around the Witches Garden before it opened but a lady in a witches costume kept telling everyone that area was closed and that we should turn around and go back. Had we stayed we would have been first in line and saw it. Not even sure if she worked there and we never did see it. I highly recommend the pass to skip the lines and the eat all day pass if you feel you must see this place. Also several people including us wanted to go out to our car to put something away or get something and they would not let us during the Halloween thing although we had been able to do so during our regular day visit. I would really recommend going on a nice relaxing cruise instead because it’s about the same price and a lot less stressful.

Between 3 of us, we spent well over $300 on aTuesday, just to get in the gate. Uncle rented an electric wheelchair that was $85, rides were closed, no shows during the week, 3/4 of food and drink kiosks, CLOSED! Uncle bought all day food and didn’t spend $30 worth because nothing was open. No turkey legs, caricatures, face paint. Thank god I was not there with a family. Got 2 free tix to come back so maybe……
