Experience was horrible. I bought annual passes with ezpay and wished I didn't. Wait times for rides long. Standing in line for 1 hour to get drinks that were not cold. They shut down 1 concession place because of ice shortage. People passing out from dehydration. Poor management. No concern for their customers or their health. I'm filing a bbb complaint as I'm paying for something they can't provide.

Agree with the negative reviews , no shows, rides not operating, big jugs of hand sanitizer empty, several coasters were great, water ride was good. Park pretty clean . You pay full price for less than 1/2 of whatā€™s there. Summer camps took priority on lines. Itā€™s all about money not fun. Lots of food kiosks closed. Tried to grab a water at the exit the girl couldnā€™t scan the barcode so she couldnā€™t sell it. Good grief.

We just returned from a trip to Tampa last week. We went to Busch Gardens on Tuesday, July 13. I had read the bad reviews, but was hoping that we would be the exception. Sadly, the poor reviews were true. Thankfully we used our City Pass, so we did not have to pay full price for this disappointing experience. First of all, there were no shows, even though show times were advertised on their website. A few of the rides were closed. Several of the food booths throughout the park were closed. Many of the restrooms did not have water fountains. There were no water bottle refill stations like many amusement parks have. Wait times were long overall. The shortest wait time for us was at the beginning of the day when we only waited about 10 minutes for the train ride. Then we had a 25 minute wait for Montu (which was a great coaster). After that, the waits were at least 30 minutes to as much as an hour. We wanted to go on the water ride, but the wait time was estimated to be over an hour. There were not a lot of staff around the park to ask questions or help with directions. Most of the hand sanitizer bottles around the park were empty. I feel like it may be worth it if you are spending $30 for the day, but not worth it for what they charge. I have no desire to ever return.
