These people do not have it together at all. I spent $49 at the firefly grill and the food was absolutely disgusting. I’d imagine murderers in prison eat better. The staff is rude at every ride. The only nice staff member I met was the poor girl ringing up our food with a line of 20 people waiting to check out. They only had 2 people ringing up people with food. I would swallow glass before I ever came here or recommended it to anybody.

We went Busch gardens on June 20 th .. most of the rides were closed. Took all day dining pass but most restaurants open around 12noon and if you want a coffee before that spend out of pocket. Service was horrible. No timing of restaurant opening given anywhere. The site is targeting towards sale but no information provided anywhere as to timing of restaurant opening. If you call them no one answers. Have been to so many amusement park this one is a total rip off. We are vegetarian there was no way of seeing the child menu before taking dining pass. One of the restaurants had no vegetarian menu so we asked him to give salad in kids meal but outright refused and we could take another meal after an hour. So why are you charging the same money when you cannot provide same service, same amount of rides. Will never go to Busch gardens again in my life. Same thing happened in sister park adventure island( did not take meal pass this time, learned our lesson) but park had one popcorn stand and he did not have souvenirs bucket. And Jane was filling the regular order filled 3 quarters only.. it’s a complete cheating. This is not how you make money during pandemic you make bad name.
