I visited Busch Gardens on Saturday, March 20, 2021 and it was a horrible experience. To start, after walking from the car to the tram area, we were told that the tram was not running. There was someone in the driver's seat yelling that and yelling for people to get on the sidewalk before they were hardly near it. There were also about 4 people just chilling in the back talking and laughing and rudely yelling at some customers. We were told that the park was severely understaffed by multiple parking attendants and that it would be a 2 hour wait to get into the park. We had to walk from the parking section I (almost near the ticket booths) all the way to the entrance of the park. The tram attendants even refused to serve handicapped customers, which was witnessed as a man who was on crutches had to trek the whole way to the gate before someone got him a wheelchair. This is just the beginning. There was no order for lines, everyone, pass holders, reservations, non-reservations, were in one line. People were being turned away if they didn't have a reservation. Personally, we drove from the East coast of FL to enjoy the park. Something we did not get to do. I talked to other folks who have driven out of state with kids and they had to leave, or were turned away. We also purchased the dinning all day deal. We couldn't even get our wristbands for that because half of the restaurants were closed and the other half had lines longer than the rides, at least an hour's wait. All we had that day was a soda and dip n dots because that was all we could really get. Even some of the rides were closed. Which meant that the ones that were open had over a 2 hour wait. We got to go on 1 ride. Had almost no food or drink, walked the whole park trying to find something to do other than see the animals. And my understanding is that the park closed at 10pm, by 6pm the animals were not even on display. This was more like a ghetto version of Islands of Adventure. There was also almost no staff out in the park, so we got lost several times. We ended up walking for over 6 hours to do nothing or to hardly even eat. The fact that they are okay with running the park this way is baffling. Also, being in Coronaland, you would think that things would be a little more sanitary. Saw no cleaning anywhere. Will be demanding a refund.

3/20/21 been going to Busch Gardens for almost 30 years and have never seen a worse experience in my life. Entrance to the park line was across McKinley Drive fights breaking out people trying to cut to the front of the line getting kicked out of the park. Every ride broke down at one point to another and wait times for rides were ridiculous. The reservation is essentially non-in Porten because they over booked the park. I understand with the COVID-19 but they need more staff
