The rides were great. We got the fast passes for the kids and I would recommend that. They did get stuck on one ride that broke down, took 30 minutes to get them off. The big complaint I have is the all day dining pass. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. There was only one restaurant open for the dining pass, took over an hour to get our food. Waste of money.

Worst experience at a park ever. Purchases ticket online for 350.00. My card was charged but tickets wouldn’t open via the link provided by bush gardens. We went on to the park where they were short staffed in parking so the attendants were trying to work 2 car lines each. This took an hour and a half followed by another hour line to have your temp checked. We couldn’t find anyone to help with the ticket issue so we were required to wait in the “purchase ticket line”...TWO HOURS in this line to be told we could have a refund but they could not provide any documentation stating they had submitted the refund ! Customer service at the ticket window was horrible! Not sure who’s managing this park but we will never return and would encourage you to never give this park your business!!!! Big changes need to be made!

I loved the rides especially for my first time riding a roller coaster. But it was not as fun because I wasted my money going. Most of the roller coasters were temporarily closed and there was a 2 hour wait for mostly all of the rides. I didn’t get to use my 2nd park ticket to adventure island because of how long I had to wait in lines for the rides so I wasted over $130 just to get on 3 rides in 9 hours....worst first experience.
