We love Busch Gardens and Sea World. We are 2 families of 8 and during our planed round trip in July 2020 in Florida we planned to visit the Parks including some Disney, Aquatica, Busch Gardens and Sea World. We already had bought the tickets in advance in February 2020 including dated Quick Queue Tickets. But all flights were canceled and we were sadly not able to visit Florida and the Parks. We contacted customer service of Busch Gardens and with an understandable delay we received all our money back for our "non cancelable bookings". The customer service contact was very friendly. We would like to thank you and we will definitely visit all your Parks in Florida as soon as possible, hopefully in Summer 2021. Stay healthy. Bastian with Family and Friends

My family and I have been annual passholder for going on 25 years and for as long as I can remember the first weekend of howl.o scream has always been free to the platinum level passholder however when we made reservations for the event this year at the beginning of august we were told that the as always our passes would give us access for the first weekend of the event however upon arrival after having drove 3 hours only to be told that not only were our passes not going to be accepted but that we would have to pay full price for the tickets in addition to that the staff was unable to give a consistent story about when the passes were no longer being accepted at first we were told that it was not the first weekend but ever weekend after then that it was not a thing anymore then that w e would be given a free passmemeber exclusive mask which they could.not do either the entire experience was absolutely terrible the staff was lack luster and just an overall bad experience
