Busch Gardens
One of the top zoos in North America, Busch Gardens brings you face-to-face with more exotic and endangered animals than any destination outside of Africa. Prepare yourself for heart-pounding excitement with SheiKra - America's first dive coaster. Discover a colorful village nestled among towering trees, explore a 3-story play land of climbing nets and exploration tunnels, soar above the treetops on a zip line adventure or launch into the sky from inside a 35-foot (10 meter) waterfall. Then, come face-to-face with orangutans and test your strength in a tug of war with a Bengal tiger, all in Jungala - the only jungle in the world that plays with you. For additional fun, choose from combo ticket options with SeaWorld Orlando, Adventure island Tampa and Aquatica Orlando! All-day parking and unlimited parking packages are also available.

We visited Busch Gardens in September 2020 while a lot of things were shut down due to the pandemic. Almost everything in the park was either closed or under refurbishment so not a lot to do. The roller coasters were running for the most part but we're not roller coaster people. At this time, this really wasn't worth the price of admission for my family. If you are big coaster fans, go now! Lines are non-existent and you could ride favorites over and over.

With the system in place for COVID its very difficult to make plans with friends and make multi party reservations online so that everyone can show up at the park on the same day. You RISK losing money because the park requires you to buy a ticket first, then make a reservation which may not be available depending on COVID capacity--attendance at the amusement park. Our admission price was reasonable, but its still expensive travel when you factor in meals and hotels. The website doesn't allow multi party coordination which is 100% frustrating. In addition when we visited there was a torrential downpour about 6 pm and everything immediately closed including the trams! In the 21st Century in the State of Florida you would think Busch Gardens would configure a better system of transporting its guests to and from the parking lot instead of leaving them hanging to get soaked. I saw so many families with babies and little kids totally soaked walking in the downpour to their cars. I know Busch Gardens wants to build the roller coasters, but customer service goes a long way and is remembered much longer "like an elephant" than the 45 second thrill on a roller coaster.

Arrived at noon as we wanted to stay late to see the fireworks. Waited 25 minutes for the shuttle to be dropped off pretty far front he entrance to wait in line for 35 minutes for a temperature check tent but when we got to the tent they didn't take out temperature. The heat was un bearable with no water available. Once inside we go to guest services as we are traveling with autistic children. We gave them all the info they requested and received nothing else from them. We proceed to the first ride asked about how it worked with our autistic child they asked if we received a ticket we said no and they responded the wait was only 20 minutes. SO we waited and rode. We get to the next ride we are given a ticket that had us wait 20 min we go in after the 20 mina dn the ride is closed. We retrieved a ticket at the next ride and they tell us what we should have gotten they go the extra mile to get what we should have been given all along only to wait and that ride closed. Then it started sprinkling and all rides are closed. In all we rode one ride and all was closed. Eve trolleys to your car were closed for a long walk to your car in the rain HUGE disappointment in employees not being trained with information, no maps of park given. Honestly worst experience of my life. Our group of 8 will NEVER go back.
