One of the top zoos in North America, Busch Gardens brings you face-to-face with more exotic and endangered animals than any destination outside of Africa. Prepare yourself for heart-pounding excitement with SheiKra - America's first dive coaster. Discover a colorful village nestled among towering trees, explore a 3-story play land of climbing nets and exploration tunnels, soar above the treetops on a zip line adventure or launch into the sky from inside a 35-foot (10 meter) waterfall. Then, come face-to-face with orangutans and test your strength in a tug of war with a Bengal tiger, all in Jungala - the only jungle in the world that plays with you. What a great family friendly experience. Thereā€™s plenty for kids of all ages. Mom and Dad, do your inner teenager a favor and spend a day riding the coasters too. Falcons Fury, Tigris and Montu might be three of the best rides I have ridden in my 40 years. The park reopened a few weeks ago and itā€™s clear, people are still apprehensive to visit because we went on a Sunday in July and it was empty. We purchased unlimited quick que expecting longer lines. Most every ride was a 10 minute wait in standby. So if you are ok with waits of 10-20 minutes, save yourself some money and avoid quick que for at least the next few months. We watched them spray down rides and send empty cars through the coasters to disinfect frequently. Visitors adhered to the mask rule without much reminding. Overall, it was a terrific experience during a very bizarre time.

Here is my review of Busch Gardens!!! wow what a day didn't get there until 12:45 pm went ate lunch and then rode some crazy ass rides!!! the park was empty!!! the longest wait i waited was for cheetah hunt (10 minutes) Usually it has a 45 minute wait or longer!!! the ride employees on Shrekia, Tigris, and Falcon's Fury were amazing!!!! they acted like they wanted to be there!!! I rode 23 rides in total!!! for the most part, everyone was social distancing and wearing masks!!! (I was in front of a family at scorpin and they weren't 6 feet behind!!! and they were being a bit crude!!!! btw Sand Serpent is the worst roller coaster ever!!!!

The park is fine. However, the website is terrible. Despite their claims, one cannot update the EZ Pay information on line. When you e-mail, you get a cheerful response that is virtually useless. When you call, expect a 3 hour wait. And if you opt for the call back option, you better make sure you are available because they only call once.
