Our visit on 6.25.20 was a HORRIBLE experience ! ! A lot of the attractions are closed (for obvious reasons) , but others are open where they jam you into a smaller area because only 'half' of an attraction is operating. The "plant sculptures" throughout the park were mostly dead or dying. . . . as well as the overall landscaping very poorly maintained. To top it off - it rained towards the later part of the day (no lightning or thunder) - when we went back to the TRAM depot to get a ride back to our car, we were told the TRAM was shut down because of the rain ? ? ? Soooo - we (as well as everyone in the park) walked a MILE back to our cars in the pouring rain with our 4 year old. NO RETURN TRAM - and they charge $25 to park ! It was our first visit to Busch Gardens(Tampa), and our last ! !

Lines for the rides are 1 1/2 to 2 hours long. Several of the rides and attractions are closed. I blame Busch Gardens trying to make a quick buck but delivering a below average product. Social distancing is observed (if that is what you're worried about). If you're going to ride the rides and enjoy the shows and attractions you're wasting your time. I know it's not the employees fault but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at one of the major theme parks in America. Absolutely terrible!!!

I truly hate to give Busch Gardens a poor rating, but we had a miserable time. We got the discount tickets for $54 each and went on June 18th. The line getting in and have everyone's temperature checked was organized and moved quickly. I understand that they were working with the restrictions enforced because of COVID-19, but if you can't deliver a decent experience for your guests, just don't open at all. The lines for the rides were at least an hour if you had a fast pass, and 2 hours for other guests. My boys got to ride TWO rides because they're open 10 - 6. The heat was miserable and I understand that Busch Gardens can't control that, but there was very little shade or fans for the people standing in these long, long lines outside the Que. Restaurants and food stands were operating a minimal capacity which created even MORE long lines. On a good note, they did serve beer !
