Had the opportunity to visit Busch Gardens this 4th of July with my wife, son (active duty military) and grandson. We tried the previous day to get my son and grandson their tickets online to save time but the system was having problems. So, when we arrived at the park we looked for a ticket window for military and were greeted by a park employee and told him that we had a problem on-line and he immediately acknowledged that they had system problems the previous day and handed my son the free tickets and we were on our way! No hassle, no problem. These folks are great for everyone and especially for military families. Thanks for honoring our military and being so easy to deal with. By the way, we all had a great day at the park and every employee that we interacted with were great! Great job Busch Gardens. My wife and I used to have seaon passes but hadn't been back for a while - after our experience yesterday - we are ready to get passes again.

Brilliant day at Busch Garens- lots of great reviews from family and friends wasn't disappointed. Great safari train ride, teenagers loved the big rides and short waits.

My 72 year old husband threw his back out and was in terrible pain the day we were to go to Busch Gardens. I called the tour company, Viador, through whom we booked the tour. I knew they had a 24-hour cancelation policy, but I was hoping they could make an exception, given my husband’s health issues. At the very least, I asked if they could just move the reservation to the following day. I was told that an email would be sent, explaining our circumstances and requesting a cancelation/refund or move the reservation to the next day. It has been two days, and I have heard from no one. I will never book a tour through this company again.
