Family of four, two adults, two kids, 13 and 10. Fabulous facility with great potential for a great day but get so many basics terribly wrong turned out to be a bad customer experience. Our day: 30 mins queue to get in car park; 30 mins queue at gate to get in the park; 30 mins queue at every food outlet (for poor quality food grossly overpriced); queue of 100+ mins for all rides. 80% of the day spent queuing. Three rides closed. In queue for 20 mins for one ride to hear the announcement "ride closed for technical reasons", went to the next ride for exactly the same thing to happen, in queue then told "closed for technical reasons". Weather was perfect so closures not due to weather. We were at park for seven hours and managed two rides. Even had to queue for 20 mins to get out the park waiting on the shuttle to take back to the car park. Such a shame as has great facilities, but seems no consideration at all for the customers. When got home I asked my 10 year old if he had a good day - answer was a simple "No." My wife summed it up later when she said "What a waste of a day".

If you love Roller Coasters, then this is the place for you. My wife calls this place Roller Coaster Heaven. I have visited here several times and have always enjoyed my visits.

What a treat to enjoy our son on Spring Break, at Busch Gardens Tampa. It was such a thrill to be able to enjoy the atmosphere without the huge crowds. the lines to the attractions were short and moved very quickly.
