I would like to make you aware of our recent experience in your park, March 28th, 2022. We have been frequent visitors over the years, and this was our first time back since 2019. I understand the price increases, especially based on the sub par years you have experienced during the pandemic, however, we purchased fast passes for the family (2 adults and 2 children) and were disappointed. The park ticket was included in the all inclusive ticket as we visited discovery cove as well. Went to Kobra Curse first. Lined up for 30 minutes in fast pass line and ride was down. Proceeded to Montu, lined up for 20 minutes, ride went down. Went back to Kobras Curse and lined up for 20 minutes, rode that ride. Proceeded to Falcons fury, Group stuck on Top of ride, and ride went down. proceeded to Scorpion, lined up, and ride went down. proceeded to Stanley Falls, and ride was not operational. We paid hundreds of dollars for the fast passes, yet wasted a lot of our time waiting for and trying to find an operational ride. I would appreciate contact related to this as I do not feel this is reflective of my previous experience in your park, yet I am not satisfied with the money spent versus the experience of the day.

We were on a spring break trip with 2 school aged kids and two babies. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained, and we enjoyed seeing the animals, especially on the train. We had no bad experiences with staff as I see so many people have commented on lately. However it was very disappointing to see not a single show going; shows keep the whole family entertained. It seems unfair to charge a full rate for everyone if some are not going on rides when there are no shows. The other bad thing is the lack of ā€œregularā€ rides - they are all high powered coasters, some of which were too scary for our younger kids. Everything is very spread out and it was hard to find specific rides that we were looking for so we walked, and walked, and WALKED. I donā€™t think Iā€™ve ever been so tired at the end of a vacation day! At least I got exercise strolling (or when they were tired of strolling carrying) the babies back and forth. I would think twice before lugging a young family to this park at the current prices. Nonetheless our kids said overall they liked it and were proud to have gone on their first upside down roller coaster.

Wow! Visited from the UK and loved this place. Definitely worth the journey from Orlando (about 1hr 20 minutes) and SO much better than anything Disney has to offer. Fantastic rides, lots of open space, decent food, clean toilets, easy parking. Much less crowded than Orlando parks. Still expensive once you are inside, but at least the quality is good. Iā€™ll come back to Florida and head straight to the coast next time - via Busch Gardens!
