I experienced Busch Gardens years ago and had a great experience but my family of 7 recently went to Busch Gardens and it was horrible. We saw the animals, purchased food and was only able to go on 1 ride as half of them were closed due to lack of staff which made the ones that were open a longer wait (3 hrs.) hence 1 ride. I think that for the price of admission this is disturbing.

We have been there in the past a couple of times. But this year we bought 7 tickets and very disappointed. 1st of all. A lot of things in the park were closed. Shops, Booths, and rides. Some rides said they would open in March. Doesn't do much good when you have people visiting and pay for 7 tickets. If that had been our 1st time there. We wouldn't return. Also they do have maps to follow. But very little signage at intersections to tell you which way to go.

We were so disappointed. We came to Tampa hoping to enjoy Busch Gardens and it was a horrible experience. A lot of rides were closed, there were over an hour wait on a lot of rides, they don't give out printed maps so you have to use your phone. We walked in circles and only ended up on about 3 rides. Our son loved the Sesame Street area but it was packed. It is expensive and we hardly got to do anything at the park. Would not recommend!
