I can go on and on about how our family loves Busch Gardens! We bring all pot of town guests here, we are regulars , our kids always have fun as well as us adults! So much to see and do! I call it a field trip when we come with kids, my children have learned a lot about flora and fauna introduced at the park. We love holiday season, we attend food festivals , Halloween activities, Sesame Street is more favourite for my kids. There’s so much I can talk about! Bottom line: we love it! We took our daughter to ride roller coasters.50% of them were closed.Parking was 30$ Tickets cost 300$ spent another 100$ on food and merchandise.Called customer service they said I would need to speak with someone at the park.I live an hour away and am not going to drive there to physically speak with someone.We were very disappointed and will never go there again.Total waste of money.Will drive the extra hour in the future to Disney or Universal Studios where they are professional.I had been to Busch Gardens about 10 times but it has gone down hill.

It's a nice park, very clean well kept. The roller coasters are the reason you come to this park, unfortunately the one I came there specifically to ride (Cheetah Hunt) was not open when we got there, so we waited and they did open but went down 2 times and we never got on. We left underwhelmed but maybe we'll go back. I will say Miss Delphine at Nola's Creamery is such a beautiful person...if you go to Mardi Gras go get a treat from Delphine, she's wonderful!
