Absolutely terrible visit - we were there from 10 until 8pm and only got on 2 rides - it was overcrowded and no staff. The wait times were over 2 hours on each ride unless you paid an extra $130 for skip the line. You are nor allowed to bring your own food and drink into the park but the queue for lunch took nearly 2 hours as there wasnt many places open. The app does not give wait times and there are no information boards about the park that give you this info. If they haven’t got the staff to operate they should limit the capacity rather than cramming as many people in as they can. It was an absolute shambles and will never go back - a huge disappointment.

AWFUL experience. Ended up leaving. A total money grab. From $30 mandatory parking fee, to mandatory locker rental before any ride, to overpriced drinks and food (that you wait an hour for including drinking fountains). The rides are ALL close to a 2 hr wait. Unless you pay for the added “skip the line” pass, over $100 pp, which we considered for our party of 7, but was sold out. I would NOT do this park during a peak season without this pass. We ended up waking and walking and walking….overcrowded and awful….and left. Would have loved to get our maneuver back bc we spent 3 hours, saw 3 animals and that was it. Unbeoevably overcrowded, understaffed and miserable. Sorry, but never again. NOT a fun time at ALL.

Overcrowded and completely understaffed. Thank you to the employees that did their best. From the very beginning it took 1hr to park because not all of the pay stations were operating due to staffing shortages. Traffic was backed up into city streets! The meal plan really isn't worth it seeing as you have to wait 1 hour to get your food because there is no staff. Tough prison grade beef and moldy grapes. Rides were all broken down and no staff to fix them. To end the night waited on cheetah hunt line for 90min, we were next to get on and ride broke. Waited an hour then they said closed for the night, no compensation. Save your money and stay away! Horribly managed.
