Enjoyed the boat ride and getting to swim with the sharks! It was a great experience. After getting in the water, there were moments when people were very close to each-other. It felt over-crowded and cramped. This resulted in someone grabbing on to my snorkel and getting it out of the latch. I had to get back on the boat to clasp it as I struggled latching my googles and snorkel with the waves and salty water entering my mouth. Recommendation would be to instruct people to maintain some distance before getting in the water and/or have a longer line (that people hold on to in the water). Crew was helpful and did make it a great experience; especially the ride back to the shore was amazing with the boat full-throttled.
