We drove 3 hours from the FL east coast and check in at their ticket office about 2 minutes prior to the 12:30 departure time. The Calypso Rep. took my name and told me the tour had been cancelled because there were not enough customers. He did offer to book me on the evening cruise, which I declined due to our other commitments. He said he would give me a refund but could not do it right then or provide any kind of receipt. I feel a phone call or at least a text letting me know it had been cancelled should have happened. I have requested a refund through the Viator web site and received an auto reply acknowledging my request and said it could take 2 weeks.
