I went with some friends and I loved the boat ride. The music selection was good. But the food is definitely a 2/10 the food is trash. Honestly I would just come here for the boat ride and unlimited drinks and go out to eat afterwards. But the experience was great!

I was not able to get my tickets when we got there they tod us it was sold out and to contact TripAdvisor for the refund. We never got any emails about this it was very disappointing. I will never use this service again

Positive ~ The Captain and the food was great!! Negatives ~ The staff at the Clearwater location fell short with quality customer service. We had a party of over 15. Some were informed about special codes for parking and some were not. The rum punch was actually unlimited kool-aid. The entire staff lacked basic customer service skills. The waitress and bartender were extremely rude. The waitress walked over to charge for the buffet, before asking if the guests had a bands...only one member did not. I've been on the Calyso for several special occasions and this unfortunately will be my last and I'm speaking for my family as well. Treat "every" customer with respect.
