Whether you have always wanted to be a zookeeper and have the chance to go behind the scenes to care for some amazing animals or you are just looking for a relaxing day outside surrounded by animals the Feed With A Keeper Safari is the perfect outdoor adventure for you!
Accompany keepers onto the 176-acre property on a safari tram on the morning rounds of feeding each of the over 30 camels that call Camel Safari home. Learning about the history of camelids, their amazing adaptations and even getting extra close to one of our ambassador camels! Guests then accompany keepers to visit each of the exotic animals on the property. From camels to sand cats to a two-toed sloth guests will have the opportunity to join the keeper in these morning feeding duties, have amazing encounters and ask questions along the way.
Cold beverages and frozen treats are included, we encourage guests to bring snacks if they please

Camel Safari gives you alot more access to the animals than a regular zoo does, much less formal, you are able to do alot more...The Staff Jake & Casey as well as the older gentlemen who narrated the tour were outstanding, the really gaved you personal service. Also very educational for kids, although I believe kids have to be atleast 12 to ride the camels. It is certainly worth the hour drive from Vegas, and there are good very cheap hotels just 10 minutes away in Mesquite. We are doing a video in 4 weeks

Wasn’t totally sure what to expect but Camel Safari exceeded all expectations! What a fantastic way to spend an afternoon! Would totally go back!

The entire day was amazing! Norman was probably my favorite - what a personality!! Also loved Ambien, Jim Jim, Thorn, heck - I loved them all!!! Our guides were awesome! I'm so glad I don't live too far away so I can go back!
