We rented a two four seaters for half a day. Guys were friendly and check in process smooth. Within 30 minutes of leaving one of the vehicles had a flat tire , we were charged $280 for its replacement (On top of the $400 half day fee) and didn’t even get to enjoy the vehicle, Doesn’t not seem fair at all. I brought it up w staff and my plea felt of deaf ears.

You're so right, this doesn't seem fair. After doing some research we found that you were actually 2 hours into your rental time,had you called us when the tire went flat we could have just plugged it and there would have been no charge. You continued on a flat to paved road which destroyed the tire. We did offer you tire insurance during signing of contract , which you declined. The charge was $208, not $280, we get the typo. Finally, you did finish out your rental time not including the time it took to change the tire. We do appreciate you. We hope to have you again and win over your heart.

The experience is fun enough, I am just not sure it's worth $444 for 4 hours. These machines are governed, so they are pretty slow. No need to spend extra for the can am turbo. The damage waiver is mandatory so account for that to. If none of this is a concern for you then go for it.

Great time . This is the way to see Sedona .The different trail conditions ,the views and the nice people all along the way.This was a blast for us and a great story to tell our friends ,who will be jealous!The adds and reviews might make you nervous to try this due to cost and damage to equipment that some people commented on .If you operate this equipment with respect ,without abuse you can drive aggressive and not like a maniac and bring these machines and and your friends back safely
