Accurate weights are important. if accurate weights are not given you may be forced to purchase another seat or step down from the tour. There will be no refund given for issues of inaccurate weights resulting in a safety issue.

Today, we had the most amazing helicopter tour with Safari Helicopters. It started with a brief 5-minute safety video that outlined how to properly board and exit the helicopter, as well as emergency procedures. Julian, a wonderfully energetic and down-to-earth guy, then drove us to the helipad where he shared some information about the company’s history and introduced us to the pilot who would be flying us. He was also there when we returned from our tour, enthusiastically taking photos for everyone. In the helicopter, Brody was our pilot and guide. A man who truly loves sharing the island’s history, he was easy to talk to and made us feel relaxed and comfortable. He showed us the entire island, which was simply the most incredible sight we have ever seen. The flight itself was a joy. We would like to give a big thank you to everyone at Safari Helicopters for an unforgettable experience and for the engaging, friendly staff! Highly recommended! Mahalo! Kristina and Morten

Great tour with closeup views of Kauai’s top attractions. Staff was very accommodating despite a third party error. Be careful to read all the restrictions. Our third party misstated weight limits which caused problems. Safari’s staff worked to resolve the issue and was able to make it work.

We were able to see parts of Kauai we never would be able to on foot! The views were stunning, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the ride was very smooth and safe! I'd recommend the tour to anyone.
