Wow! My husband and I came to Hawaii on our honeymoon and knew we wanted to take a helicopter tour. The good reviews for Safari do not disappoint! An incredibly friendly office staff, crew, and pilot made this experience even better. Definitely splurge for the canyon landing. The views are so incredible!! You get to see absolutely everything Kauai has to offer from the sky while feeling super safe. Loved Kyle, our friendly, knowledgeable pilot who answered any questions and pointed out movie locations (Hook, Jurassic Park, Indiana Jones) as well as provided facts about ancient Hawaiian culture. If you’re considering a helicopter tour, this one is surely not to be missed!

I got stuck in a traffic jam in Kapa'a, but the folks waited an extra fifteen minutes for me to arrive at the helicopter takeoff location. Thanks so much to the other passengers and to Safari Helicopters for their patience (a seventeen minute drive took an hour and fifteen minutes). The flight was fantastic and the highpoint was landing on Olokele ridge and talking with Keith Robinson, one of the co-owners of Ni'ihau. He is doing some great work on the ridge to bring back some local plants that were becoming extinct on Kauai. The views on the whole trip were unbelievable. It doesn't matter which side you sit on, as the pilot rotates the craft around so that all can see the scenery. Although I've hiked the Kalalau Trail many moons, ago, it was fun to see where I had hiked from on high. Don't know how I made it on foot. Everyone should enjoy this experience, at least once in your life.

Recommend this to everyone visiting Kauai. Worth every dollar!!!!! You don’t want to miss this epic experience. Breathtaking views and insightful information was defintely 90 minutes to remember and cherish forever!
