Redtail Air Adventures

This scenic tour takes you over two of the nation's most popular national parks, Canyonlands National Park and Arches National Park. See all of the great geographical anomalies in both of these landscapes and learn the unique history from a highly trained pilot as you soar over arches, canyons and rivers. Sights include: Upheaval Dome, Green River Goose Neck, Island in the Sky, White Rim, The Maze, Confluence of the Colorado and Green rivers, Landscape Arch, Fisher Towers, Devils Garden, Klondike Bluffs and much more!

Beautiful clear day for the 11:00 flight of 80 minutes over Canyonlands, Deadhorse Canyon and Arches with our friendly informative pilot/guide Tracey. A quick briefing on the ground of our route and safety procedures before heading out. We had done a helicopter tour 6 years earlier but this was longer and allowed flight over the parks. Glad we did it! Suggest doing after you had seen the parks on the ground, helps understand what you are seeing from this perspective. Loved seeing the Maze, Needles, and various arches. Learned a lot of history, geology and exploration. Absolutely beautiful, a splurge but well worth it and a great memory.

I had an amazing experience on my flight tour over Arches and Canyonlands. James, the pilot, was funny and knowledgable. He pointed out all of the geological features using the airplane wing to be sure we didn't miss them! I have visited Moab many times, but experiencing the geological formations from the air was a truly unique and memorable experience that I will never forget. The views are amazing! I was born and raised in Moab, I thought I had seen everything, until I took this flight. I have never seen beauty quite like this!!! This was life changing for me, it was my first flight I have ever taken so I was a bit nervous at first. It was an amazing experience. Craig was our pilot, he was knowledgeable, fun and explained everything in full detail. He helped make this an experience I will always remember. I definitely recommend this 👌
