Me, my husband and 15 year old daughter booked a private 4 hour tour of Canyonlands with Kelly as our guide. Kelly was knowledgable and tailored the tour to meet our specific interests. He was flexible and accommodating, taking us to areas we would not have discovered on our own. Dead Horse Point and Island in the Sky were truly spectacular. We also saw various petroglyphs. Kelly encouraged us to continually hydrate and had a large cooler of ice water as well as snacks. The Land Cruiser was comfortable and cool - a welcome break from our sightseeing excursions. We would definitely recommend Navtec to others.

We took our grandson on this tour and it was great. I would tell anyone that this tour is better than going to Grand Canyon. You are down in bottom looking up instead of always on top. Then you climb up switch back roads to top to see down. Ben was our guide and he was very attentive and knowledgeable about Canyonlands and Moab area, he was fun and great. Could not pick a better tour.

Like most, we did our research and came upon NavTech as one of many companies that offered outdoor adventures. The reviews looked good so we took a chance and booked a 9 hour tour of Canyonlands and Arches. It was the absolute highlight of our trip to Moab. The two elements that provided an amazing experience were the scenery and our guides. My wife and I met our guide Larry and then loaded into a Toyota Land Cruiser. Our guide Larry was a superstar! He was an awesome person that was incredibly friendly and so knowledgeable about the places he took us too. This is no easy task as Larry was well versed in geology, history, biology and sociology! He took us to areas that you could not see unless you were driving a 4x4 that could handle the back woods terrain. Besides being so knowledgeable, Larry was an amazing driver! He took us up and down rock formations that only a person with strong off-roading capability could handle. NavTech sent out another tour with us so we could experience the trip together and there would be another guide and truck in case there was a problem (there was not!). The second guide was John (yeah-the guy with the cowboy hat!). Larry and John have amazing rapport with each other and they both told stories and provided us with information we would have never known. Each one of these guys are amazing individuals but it gets even better having them both provide history and stories of the area. NavTech took us to places that were truly behind the scenes-places where there was not another person in sight! They gave us amazing guides-and that made all the difference. Thank you Larry-thank you John!
